She advises local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular expertise in corporate law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. She possesses extensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework governing company incorporation, business establishment, and the acquisition of government licences, permits, and approvals in Tanzania.
Her practice focuses on assisting clients in developing effective corporate governance structures, including the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, management agreements, outsourcing agreements, and corporate policies. She also advises directors, officers, and shareholders on their rights, duties, and compliance obligations. In addition, Federica has experience in in banking and finance, employment and labour law, intellectual property matters including trademark recordation, real estate and property transactions and general regulatory advisory matters.
